Membership Management

MMS also allows one to segment membership into unlimited groups for greater marketing and management capabilities, and to efficiently and easily track membership gains and losses.

Financial Management

MMS is a complete cash receipts and receivables management system that allows you to manage all your billings for dues in one central location. It handles financial reporting for accounts receivable, cash flow analysis, revenue projections, deferred revenue reporting and more. The system accommodates both cash and accrual basis accounting. One can send invoices and payment reminders through email and fax and print PDF copies of the invoices for records.

Communications and Document Management

As members have more media competing for their time than ever before, it’s become increasingly important to find ways to cut through the “clutter” and deliver the message. MMS offers multiple ways to manage communications (Email, Print, Fax, and SMS) and keep the organisation connected to its members and clients. The system delivers customised communications to members using their preferred method. It also allows members to designate their specific areas of interest and to track each staff member’s communications with members.

Reports

MMS includes more than 30 standard reports designed to help you manage your organisation more effectively. You can produce an unlimited number of custom reports using the built-in report writer using the industry standard, Crystal Reports. Our expert report writers can assist you with any custom reporting needs as well.
